On a Monday evening, warm and humid, Robin sets the pace. A few cyclists and walkers are on the pathway as we jog at 11-12 min/mi down to Rock Creek and, from the 1.5 mile point, walk back up the steep hill, pausing to lean against the guardrail to let cars cruise by on the narrow road.
